Molecularly imprinted polymer with specific recognition ability for flavone was prepared using quercitrin as template,acrylamide as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker in the porogen of tetrahydrofuran [1].The preparation procedure was op timized and the selectivity of this molecularly imprinted polymer was evaluated by HPLC.Crude extract of flavones from Chamaecyparis obtusa was purified by using SPE with this polymer.The recoveries of quercitrin,myricetin and amentoflavone were 78.0,88.0,72.0% and the detection limits for quercitrin,myricetin and amentoflavone were 0.05,0.02 and 0.7 μg/mL,respectively.The application of molecularly imprinted polymer in SPE with high affinity and excellent selectivity and offers a novel method for the enrichment and determination of active compounds in the natural products [2].
