The food system is responsible for feeding the world.It includes a large number of actors:seed and chemical industries,farmers,food processors,retailing business,governments,researchers,without forgetting consumers.This system faces two main challenges.Furnish enough calories and nutriments to feed nine billion humans in 2050,and keep pleasure and conviviality during the meal.
