法科学生的就业状况是法学教育重点关注的问题之一,也是社会评价法学教育的重要指标之一。在研究法科学生就业特点的基础上,笔者选取中国政法大学民商经济法学院2010届本科生毕业5年后的就业状况为样本,从就业意向与就业现状的差别、就业地点和单位的变化、薪资待遇的行业状况、职业与专业契合度、个人职业满意度等方面进行了数据统计,并以性别、政治面貌、生源地、就业选择等为变量进行了详尽的交叉研究。法学教育应该不断完善教学模式,优化课程体系,丰富第二课堂活动,特别是增加教育教学的实践性,强化法科学生的实践能力训练;整合优质校内外资源,拓展工作渠道平台,提升法科学生就业指导服务的精准化水平。
The employment status of law students is one of the key issues of attention in legal education and one of the important indicators of social assessment legal education. On the basis of studying the employment characteristics of law students, the author selects the employment status of graduates of 2010 undergraduates of China University of Political Science and Law, 2010 as the sample, from the differences of employment intentions and employment status, changes in employment locations and units, The status of the industry of wages and salaries, occupational and professional fit, personal occupational satisfaction and other aspects of the data statistics, and gender, political outlook, sources, employment options as a variable for a detailed cross-cutting research. Law education should continuously improve the teaching mode, optimize the curriculum system, enrich the second classroom activities, especially increase the practicality of education and teaching, and strengthen the practice ability training of law students; integrate the excellent internal and external resources, expand the working channel platform and enhance the employment of law students Guide the level of precision services.
