目的 采用人结直肠癌细胞系建立KRAS 突变的甲醛固定石蜡包埋样本,并首次将其应用于全国KRAS突变室间质量评价,以分析探讨我国实验室进行KRAS 突变检测的总体情况以及存在的问题,为进一步改进和提高实验室检测质量提供依据.
