The goal of this study was to identify the fungal community dynamics and driving factors during agricultural waste composting.Relationships between those parameters and microbial community compositions were evaluated by redundancy analysis(RDA)and least-significant difference(LSD)tests of sample properties and fungal gene abundance were performed. The results showed that the most variation in distribution of fungal community composition was statistically explained by pile temperature,TOC(P < 0.05).Significant amount 74.6%of the variation was explained by those parameters, suggesting that those parameters were the most likely ones to influence,or be influenced by the fungal species.LSD tests indicated that pH showed predominant effect on the fungal community composition.
