目的 目前经皮肾镜取石技术(PCNL)是目前完全鹿角形肾结石的治疗首选,研究表明经皮肾镜通道大小与出血密切相关.尤其对于孤立肾或小儿肾结石患者,常规PCNL手术难度大、风险高.

目的 比较斜仰卧位微造瘘经皮肾镜(MPCNL)和软输尿管镜(FURS)治疗输尿管上段结石的不同和各自优势.方法 选取单发输尿管上段结石病人,非随机进入相应治疗组,比较两组病人的基本资料、手术时间、术后住院日、清石率和并发症等.
目的 报道采用经皮肾镜(PCN)处理髓质海绵肾合并结石的经验,探讨手术适应症的选择.方法 回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年12月在我院治疗的所有髓质海绵肾合并结石的患者资料,术前影像学诊断为髓质海绵肾合并肾结石,应用CT结石三维重建技术计算结石体积,术中采用B超引导下标准通道经皮肾镜治疗结石.
