目的明确Wright雾化器在雾化过程中的释雾量变化,为建立支气管激发试验质量控制标准提供依据。方法对4个不同的Wright雾化器分别加入2mL生理盐水,在压缩空气(压力=344.7kpa)的驱动下,以8、9、10L/min的流速分别雾化2分钟各5次,分别测定其释雾量并进行组间比较,并计算其变异率。结果 4个不同Wright雾化器以8L/min的流量雾化2分钟的平均释雾量分别为:0.1mL/min、0.096mL/min、0.095mL/min、0.108mL/minm(p<0.05),变异率分别为:0%、10%、0%、4.54%;以9L/min的释雾量分别为:0.125mL/min、0.124mL/min、0.098mL/min、0.130mL/min(p<0.05),变异率分别为:7.69%、7.69%、5%、7.4%;以10L/min的释雾量分别为:0.142mL/min、0.141mL/min、0.122mL/min、0.137mL/min(p<0.05),变异率分别为:10%、6.89%、7.69%、7.14%。结论不同Wright雾化器在同一压缩空气流速下的释雾量的差异有显著性,同一Wright雾化器在不同压缩空气流速下的释雾量有一定的变化,但变异率不超过10%。因此采用Wright雾化器进行2分钟潮气呼吸法支气管激发试验前,应对不同的雾化器分别进行释雾量定标,以保证达到要求的释雾量,相同的雾化器在同一流速下产生的释雾量相对稳定。
