Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) pathway is a highly conserved signaling cascade that regulates numerous physiological and pathological processes.Multiple Drosophila developmental processes such as thorax closure, male genital rotation and egg dorsal appendage elongation are controlled by JNK signaling, Although the conserved components of JNK pathway have been well characterized, the regulators and effectors for specific JNK-dependent developmental procedures are less we/l-known.To better understand how JNK signaling is involved in developmental regulation, we carried out a genetic screen for JNK regulators and effectors.
