Objective:To develop the user experience questionnaire for blended learning environment and test its rehability and validity.Methods: Based on literatures review,semi-structured interview and the existing questionnaires,the model of the questionnaire was intro-duced and the initial items were formed.Items were refined by item analysis and expert review.632 valid formal questionnaires were obtained,258 of which were randomly selected for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and the remaining 374 of which were used for confnrmatory factor analysis (CFA).The test-retest reliability was conducted on 66 students 4 weeks later.Results : EFA showed that the user experience in BLE was corn-posed of five dimensions inclu-ding usability,desirability,adaptability,credibility,and value,explaining a total of 70.49% of the variance.CFA indicated the model fitted the data with good indices.Reliability analysis showed the questionnaire and its five dimensions had high internal consistency reliability ranged from 0.84 to 0.94,and the test-retest consistency ranged from 0.82 to 0.94.Conclusion : The questionnaire was well-structured and had satisfactory validity and reliability,which can be used for measuring the user experience in blended learning environment.
