Iron(Fe)is an essential trace element for animals, which functions in numerous energy metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, and phagocyte antimicrobial activity,as well as the synthesis of DNA,collagen, and bile acids.Obesity is a very serious problem, associated with coronary heart disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, cancer and other diseases in the modern world. In recent years, several studies have shown the link between obesity and iron metabolism, but its mechanism is not clear.
