Objective: To investigate whether the single-nucleotide polymorphisms of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF-lα)are involved in the susceptibility of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).Methods: S-Genotypes of HIFla were determined in 263patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and 271healthy controls.Epidemiological and clinical information were obtained.A multiple unconditional logistic regression model and log-rank tests were used for statistical analysis.
