为满足钛及钛合金管材人工标准伤的刻制要求,试验建立了高精度人工槽伤刻制系统。通过相关方法试验,确定了相关工艺参数。该系统可以电火花方式进行钛及钛合金管材内、外表面及板材、棒材等对比试样的加工制作,完成纵向、横向和斜向不同方向的标准伤加工。试验结果表明:研制系统伤型加工精度高,误差小,加工效率高。
In order to meet the requirement of engraving the artificial standard wound of titanium and titanium alloy pipe, a high-precision artificial groove injury engraving system was established. Through the related method test, the relevant process parameters were determined. The system can be EDM for titanium and titanium alloy pipe, the outer surface and plate, bar and other comparative sample processing and production, to complete the vertical, horizontal and oblique direction of the standard injury in different directions. The test results show that the developed system has the advantages of high processing precision, small error and high processing efficiency.
