在出油阀紧帽中安置阻尼阀,可在一定范围内有效地消除喷油系统在提高喷射压力和喷油速率后所出现的二次喷射和穴蚀等不正常现象,这是一个简单而实用的方法。本文通过对一台大功率高速直喷式柴油机喷油系统的大量变参数试验与模拟计算,详细分析研究了阻尼阀对喷油系统的影响及其在高压系统中的作用机理,给出了一个带阻尼阀并考虑空穴和音速变化的模拟计算数学模型,比较了计算与实机试验的结果。
