  Glioblastoma(GBM) is a highly aggressive brain tumor, with dismal survival outcomes.Glioblastoma stem cells (GSCs) have been demonstrated to play a role in therapeutic resistance and are considered to be the most likely cause of cancer relapse.Low-density lipoproteins (LDL) has high-payload capacity and is biocompatible and nonimmunogenic, in the meanwhile potential use of LDL as nanocarriers for targeted delivery of cancer therapeutics has been recognized because numerous tumors overexpress LDL receptors (LDLR).
