The preparation of anti-wear and anti-corrosion coatings application to sea water cooling system in NPP is the goal of this research.In this research,iron base alloy amorphous powder was sprayed by Activated Combustion High Velocity Air Fuel Spraying(AC-HVAF),then amorphous coatings were successfully synthesized.Then make the amorphous coatings nano-crystallization through thermal crystallization method.Furthermore analysis the amorphous coatings through FESEM,SRV friction experiment equipment,Electrochemical work station,anti-wear and anti-corrosion character were systemically analyzed.It is found that the amorphous coatings sprayed by AC-HVAF display homogenous microstructure and had typical layer structure which has excellent anti-corrosion performance.After nano-crystallization,the anti-wear performance is better.Application of amorphous and nano-crystal coatings to sea water cooling system in NPP is effective.
