With the emergence of the micro total analysis systems(μTAS)in 1980s,the microfluidic system has widely been researched subsequently and significant applied in chemical engineering and bioengineering because of its excellence performance in mass and heat transfer. In the typical commercial micromixer, only two or three inlets are set up for input the raw material of the reaction.Furthermore, fluids in the microchannel are laminar flow since the Reynold number is about tens or hundreds. And volumetric ratio between the two reactants usually is not 1:1 based on the optimal reaction conditions. It is hard to obtain powerful results for the different type of chemical reaction in the existing microreactor.
