Objectives To analysis the features of chromosome abnormality and Y chromosome microdeletions of severely impaired spermatogenesis men.Method G-banding and multi-PCR method were used to analyze the karyotypes of chromosome and AZF microdeletions respectively.Results In 443 cases of azoospermia and 183 cases of severe oligozoospermia patients,79 patients with chromosome abnormality were found (12.62 ％),and 68 cases in 443 cases of azoospermia group (15.35 ％),11 cases in 183 cases of severe oligozoospermia group (6.01 ％).
