The chromatographic fingerprint (FP) analysis is used for the quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).However, this chemical FP can not reveal the therapeutic mechanism of TCM, and this problem may be solved with serum pharmacology[l].The serum FP of Pueraria is studied by capilliary electrophoresis (CE) to explore and disclose the possibility of real pharmacological mechanism and basic active substances of TCMs via examinating the interaction between serum and Pueraria extracts.
