本文介绍了一种U波段鳍线单平衡混频器的设计过程并给出了测试结果。混频器使用M/A-COM公司的肖特基势垒二极管MA4E2037,整个电路制作在一块厚度为0.127mm的RT-Duroid 5880软基片上。射频端口采用鳍线过渡,本振端口通过波导-微带探针过渡,中频通过SMA接头输出。测试结果显示,鳍线悬置微带线结构的混频器在本振为42GHz,射频在40~60GHz范围内变化时,其变频损耗小于8.71dB,本振到射频的隔离度大于25dB。
This article describes the design of a U-band fin balance single balanced mixer and gives the test results. The mixer uses M / A-COM Schottky barrier diode MA4E2037, the entire circuit is fabricated on a 0.127mm thick RT-Duroid 5880 soft substrate. RF port fin line transition, LO port through the waveguide - microstrip probe transition, IF output through the SMA connector. The test results show that the mixer with the fin-line suspension microstrip line structure has a frequency conversion loss less than 8.71 dB when the local oscillator is 42 GHz and the radio frequency changes within the range of 40-60 GHz, and the isolation from the local oscillator to the radio frequency is greater than 25 dB.
