Objective: Research Objective Hepatic cancer is a common malignancy that has a serious impact on humans health.Some patients who have received standardized treatment will still develop recurrence and metastasis in a short time.Accordingly,there is a need for a focus on discovering related detection markers to accurately predict hepatic tumor recurrence and metastasis.In mammals, CLIC1 is mainly localized in the cytoplasm and involved in the regulation of cell proliferation,cell cycle and differentiation.However, clinicopathological significance and prognostic value of CLIC 1 intra-hepatic tumor specimens remain unclear.
