As a special informationpropaganda vehicle,map has sense of visual space and macroscopic comparability.Map with large scale and small area,by virtue of its precise guidance and detailed expression function,has been widely applied in urban planning and construction and public service,such as maps of expositions,scenic spots and communities.Campus map,a typical sample of large scale map,whose function still focuses on direction and location-based service.In spite of the existing hand-drawn style culture map and interactive virtue map,campus map still lacks deep exploration and integration of spatial-temporal coordinates and abundant thematic attribute information.Especially propaganda function of map needs to be expanded.Moreover,most campus map is still in form of single image or scene,and multi-thematic integrated atlas,with systemization,serialization and multi-level,has not been fully developed.
