  目的 肝癌复发转移是当前肝癌治疗的重大难题,G蛋白偶联受体超家族(GPCR)是肝癌治疗的研究热点,与肿瘤的发生发展、代谢性疾病等重大疾病的主要机制息息相关。肾上腺素受体(ADR)是一种重要的GPCR 蛋白,ADR 信号通路在肿瘤复发转移中发挥着关键作用,研究表明β 2 肾上腺素受体(ADRB2)是肝癌细胞表面最重要的ADR,本研究拟聚焦于ADRB2 信号受体通路,阐明ADR2信号通路(β 2-AR)信号通路在肝癌复发转移中的分子机制。
