Background To explore the clinical and coronary angiographic characteristics in the patients of coronary artery diseases complicated with severe heart failure.Methods From September 2004 to December 2012,72 consecutive patients of coronary artery diseases complicated with severe heart failure (left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ≤35％) in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,including history of diseases and treatment,laboratorial and echocardiographic characteristics,effect of medical treatment and 58 patients coronary angiographic characteristics.
