述职报告,是领导干部回顾总结任职期间工作的自我评鉴,是近年来考核评议领导干部的一项重要程序,是对领导干部实行自我教育、民主监督的有效形式.述职报告,按时间区分,有任期述职、年度述职、单项任务述职;按形式可分为书面述职、口头述职和书面口头结合的述职.述职报告,即把年度内的工作先写成文字材料,然后按规定在一定范围内向评议者口头陈述.本文结合近几年某市一些领导干部的年度述职报告,对其写作方法试谈点看法.
