Aims:We aim to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Basiliximab in orthotopic liver transplantation for patients with hepatitis B-related diseases.Methods:A total of 268 hepatitis B-related patients underwent orthotopic liver transplantation were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the usage of Basiliximab.We compared biochemistry,serological parameters and follow-up data between the two groups focusing on prognosis and adverse events.
