陈家祠广场地下空间工程具有开挖面积大、地质条件复杂、周边临近世界文化遗址和城市轨道交通线、工期紧等特点。立足于安全、可行、合理的设计与施工原则,重点进行了基坑围护结构方案比选分析,深入设计了以旋挖桩与内衬墙相结合的“桩墙合一”、以地下层楼盖结构为水平内支撑的逆作法围护结构。对基坑工程设计的不确定性因素进行了分析,选取支护结构变形特性的可靠度指标,运用蒙特卡洛有限元方法计算了围护结构失效概率。工程项目如期安全实施,实现了为保证2010广州亚运会圆满成功提出的要求,表明“桩墙合一”的逆作法方案及其各项设计参数对于陈家祠广场地下空间基坑围护工程是可行的。
