超声造影在科研、临床中应用广泛,而且在疾病的诊断和治疗中起到了不可替代的作用,被看作是二维超声、多普勒和彩色血流成像之后的又一次重要发现和技术革命.超声微泡造影剂已广泛用于心肌声学造影、介导基因转移、肿瘤的诊断、良恶性病灶的鉴别诊断、急性局灶性炎症、血栓、药物输、疗效评价及增强治疗效果的能力使其受到极大关注.
