本文将构造一个由原材料供应商,制造商,零售商和顾客市场组成的闭环供应链。在该供应链中,制造商将分别从零售商和顾客市场中回收废旧产品和滞销产品。在对闭环供应链中不同的决策者建立起各自的目标函数并加入市场平衡条件之后,运用变分不等式得出最优化情况。在闭关供应链中,需求不确定,竞争,逆向物流投资,库存控制,市场平衡条件以及收益率和转化率是允许存在的。数值分析例子将验证期望回收率,总投资额和需求价格之间的关系。
This article will construct a closed-loop supply chain consisting of raw material suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and customer markets. In the supply chain, manufacturers will recycle used and unsalable products from the retailer and customer markets, respectively. After establishing the respective objective function for different decision-makers in the closed-loop supply chain and adding the market equilibrium conditions, the variational inequality is used to obtain the optimal situation. In the closed supply chain, demand uncertainty, competition, reverse logistics investment, inventory control, market equilibrium conditions, and yield and conversion rates are allowed. The numerical analysis example will verify the relationship between the expected recovery rate, total investment and demand price.
