The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of different dosages of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) for treatment of immune thrombocytopenia.A total of 167 eligible patients were included and followed-up 3 years in the case-control study.According to the different dosages of IVIg,patients with ITP were divided into three subgroups group A (0.2g/kg/day),group B (0.3g/kg/day),group C (0.4g/kg/day).
