Objective The aim of the study was to learn the mechanism of the Btk inhibitor on MM in vivo.Methods The myeloma cell line U266 was cultured to logarithmic growth phase for the study.The U266 cells were treated with differentlevels(0,0.4,2,5,10,20,M/ml)of Btk inhibitors,PCI-32765 and CT-1232,and untreated cells were used as the control.
