目的：为解决术中脑膨出的技术难点。方法：通过改变关颅方法：预缝式减压术，来解决脑膨出。结果：通过新的头颅手术方法，解决了急性脑肿胀的脑膨出问题。关颅时间比常规缩短约半小时。结论：预缝式减压术是急性脑肿胀是脑膨出的一种好的方法之一。
预缝式减压在急性脑肿胀病人中的应用
