文中通过硅胶柱层析、sephadexLH-20和HPLC等技术,对地衣内生菌Myxotrichum SP.的大米培养基代谢产物进行分离,共获得11个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据分别鉴定为：Myxotrilactone A(1),cladospolide B(2),nicotiamide(3),ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(4),β-sitostenol(5),ergosta-5,7,22-triene-3β-ol(6),ergosterol peroxide(7),Myxotritone A(8),Myxotritone B(9),7,8-dihydro-7,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethyl-2-benzopyran-6-one(10)and Myxotritone C(11),抗拟南芥植物根系伸长生物活性测试结果显示,化合物11显示非常强的生物活性.
