Phoenix-Tail Mushroom (Pleurotus sajor -caju) is widely cultivated in North China.For most of the researches focusing on natural and semi-synthetic mediums,it affected the results in the application of practical work in the development and utilization of new training materials.To reveal Effects of different components on the growth and fruiting of PhoenixTail Mushroom,the optimum levels of P,Mg2+ and VB1 have been studied as ingredients in artificial nutrient medium separately.
