In the past studies of instructional technology,theories of cognitive psychology were often used as theoretical foundation.However,personality and dynamic psychology should be more considered for us moving to study of instructional technology in 21st century.In the presentation,it will be presented that recent exploratory studies of technology integration on theories,methods and practices of instructional dynamics,that are carried out in NENU.In the studies of instructional dynamics,two core questions are focused,1.How to design a good lesson? 2.How to be a good teacher? In the part of theories,it will be discussed that framework of hypertext organization of teachers and modified TPACK framework that we developed.In the part of methods,it will be introduced that content analysis of instructional video,SEM and Scientific Knowledge Map that we used in the studies.
