:
本文采用世界粮农组织(FAO)和国际动物遗传学会(ISAG)联合推荐的26个微卫星DNA标记,研究了56个中国地方猪种和3个外国猪种(杜洛克、长白猪和大白猪)的遗传多样性.计算了遗传杂合度、多态信息含量、有效等位基因数以及各猪种之间的遗传距离和系统发生树,用来评估品种内和品种间的遗传关系.结果将56个地方猪种分为9大类.
