Education became a global agenda.In 2000,the international community such as UN and UNESCO included education as one of the basic human rights.The international efforts such as EFA and MDGs goals focused on primary education for all children.In 2015,international community reviewed such goals and realized that many failed to reach the set goals.Now,Post-EFA is being discussed and the UN Secretary will announce a new goals for Education 2030.All in all,universal primary education will be at its focus,and it will address on the access to literacy education for all citizens.However,we need more than access to education set by the UN,and need to stress on access to quality education that all learners will have access to quality contents,and correct assessments to measure what was learnt by the student.These two different types of universal education will increase the chance of achieving Post-EFA goals,and also bring changes to improve the lives of all those to live as a global citizen.
