基于PC的双主轴龙门钻床数控系统研究

With the rapid development of modern manufacturing, the shortcomings of the traditional CNC system such as poor compatibility, hard to expand the function and so on, have been increasingly obvious. The open character numerical control system has become the mainstream of CNC. The purpose of the study is to establish a new-type modular, reconfigurable, extensible structure of numerical control system. Sequentially construct the special numerical control system quality and efficiently, to adapt to the changing market. In recent years, with the development of computer and the microelectronics technology, PC-based open character numerical control system has become the development direction and an important trend of the open character numerical control system.This system imbeds the multi-axis motion controller PMAC2-PC card into PC machines to constitute open numerical control system applied in horizontal twin spindles double column drill press. The horizontal twin spindles double column drill press is composed of the following components: a PC machines, a PMAC2-PC multi-axis motion control card and the accessory, five sets of AC servo drivers and AC servo motor, two transducers and spindle motors. Use the software of PMAC2-PC multi-axis motion control card to implement real-time motion control, and use the PC machines to implement management of background, and to achieve open , modular human-machine interface of system. The PC machines and the PMAC2-PC controller cards coordinate the entire system to complete the numerical control function for the horizontal twin spindles double column drill press through real-time, reliable communications.Practice shows that the PC-based open character numerical control system take full advantage of the hardware and software resources of the PC machines, and this character can shorten the development cycle consumedly. The interoperability and transplantable of the control system is enhanced greatly. And the expansibility of the numerical control system is improved, the stability of the machining accuracy is better. and incarnate the open character of the system adequately.
