目的为临床合理应用高聚生提供参考。方法采用病例对照研究方法,分别统计病例组和对照组的生存期和生存率并应用联系强度进行分析比较,探讨高聚生对肺癌患者生存率的影响。计数资料采用χ2检验,计量资料采用t检验。结果病例组1年生存率59%、P<0.01;联系强度=2.8,r=0.998、P<0.05;证明高聚生可以提高癌症患者的生存率。结论高聚生能杀死肿瘤细胞,增强机体免疫功能;增加肺癌患者使用高聚生的疗程,可延长肺癌患者生存期,提高肺癌患者的生存率。
Objective To provide a reference for clinical application of hypercondensation. Methods A case-control study was conducted. Survival rates and survival rates of cases and controls were respectively calculated and compared by using contact intensity to analyze the effect of hyperconcentration on the survival rate of patients with lung cancer. Counting data using χ2 test, measurement data using t test. Results The 1-year survival rate was 59% (P <0.01). The correlation coefficient was 2.8, r = 0.998, P <0.05. It was concluded that hypercoagulation could improve the survival rate of cancer patients. CONCLUSIONS: Polygalactin can kill tumor cells and enhance immune function. Increasing the course of hypercondensation in patients with lung cancer can prolong the survival of patients with lung cancer and improve the survival rate of patients with lung cancer.
