作者对22例上消化道肿瘤和27例呼吸道肿瘤患者进行了127次腔内放疗。管腔堵塞严重者,先经钕石榴红宝石激光刀(80~100W)治疗,然后采用~(192)铱线状放射源,能量为10Ci的Gaimamed—Ⅱ型后装机治疗。在纤维镜下将一根可弯曲的聚四氟乙烯管经鼻腔插入气管成上消化道至肿瘤远端3cm处,并对此管下1/3处标记确定放疗长度,经定位后小心抽出纤维镜并经X光照片记录。作者以后装源周围1cm范围照射区内所受剂量为其参考点剂量:上消化道肿瘤及贲门癌用7Gy,其吻合口复发者用5Gy,呼吸道肿瘤则为5Gy。后装治疗前
The authors performed 127 intraluminal radiotherapy in 22 patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer and 27 patients with airway cancer. Those with severely blocked lumens were treated with a garnet ruby laser knife (80-100 W), then treated with a ~192 (192%) linear radioactive source and a 10Ci Gaimamed-II type postloader. Under the fiberscope, a flexible PTFE tube was inserted into the trachea through the nasal cavity into the upper digestive tract to the distal end of the tumor by 3 cm. The length of radiotherapy was marked on the lower 1/3 of the tube, and the fiber was carefully removed after positioning. Mirror and X-ray photo records.
