本文报告1973～1984年入院治疗的20例鼻硬结病者,大多数是本省黄岗地区的农民。男多于女,其年龄为20～68岁,平均年龄为44.6岁,病程平均为1.7年。病变以侵犯鼻本部为主(占81.4％)。全部病例接受深部X线放疗:6000～7000R/疗程。经信访观察:14封回信中,6例痊愈,1例未愈;4例3月～4年后复发(其中2例在当地用链霉素,中药治愈);3例病故。仅一例诉其母患有鼻硬结病。
This article reports 20 cases of nasal sclerosis who were admitted to hospital from 1973 to 1984, and most of them were farmers in the Huanggang area of the province. Males are more than females, and their ages range from 20 to 68 years, with an average age of 44.6 years and an average duration of 1.7 years. The main lesions were invading the nasal part (81.4%). All cases underwent deep X-ray radiotherapy: 6000 to 7000 R/treatment. According to the petition observations, of the 14 letters returned, 6 were healed and 1 was healed; 4 patients relapsed after 3 months to 4 years (2 cases were treated with streptomycin in the local area, and traditional Chinese medicines were cured); 3 patients were deceased. Only one case complained of nasolachitis.
