应用免疫组化技术(ABC法和PAP法)和抗人淋巴细胞单克隆抗体以及抗人免疫球蛋白抗血清,对11例慢性炎症性扁桃体冰冻切片组织中淋巴细胞及其亚群和lg生成淋巴细胞的分布及数量进行了检测,发现慢性炎症性扁桃体内的T细咆、B细胞和巨噬细胞之间存在着密切相关性,特别是扁桃体发挥其细胞免疫机制时,其间的关系更为紧密。据此认为,关于扁桃体免疫状态的研究将有助于对扁桃体炎性疾患及其诱发病的发病机理作进一步阐明,并可对青少年扁桃体切除术的适应证作出更为客观的评估。
