目前,对中学体育教师评价存在异化问题。主要表现于评价目的的异化、评价内容和指标的异化、评价主体的异化、评价方法异化和评价的流程的异化。因此,应以教师发展为导向,端正评价目的;以新课程标准为依据,选择教学内容;以客观性评价为标准,确定评价主体;以激励为主,重在评价结果运用;从实际出发,简化评价程序。
