东北师范大学实验幼儿园于2001年9月正式开始了幼儿园方案教学课程的实验研究。幼儿园方案教学课程既不是教育者预先设计的并且在教育过程中不可改变的僵死的计划,也不是幼儿无目的、随意的、自发的活动。它是在师幼互动过程中,通过教育者对成人的生活和幼儿的学习活动、游戏活动、日常生活活动.特别是对幼儿的需要和感兴趣的事物进行价值判断,不断调整课程计划,以促进幼儿更加有效学习的互动过程,是一个动态的师幼共同学习、共同建构,对世界、对他人、对自己的态度和认识的过程。
