面临着激烈的市场竞争,企业要提升市场竞争力,就要增强员工的竞争力,通过强化管理稳定员工队伍。基于此,企业应该从人力资源管理上加大力度,利用良好的社会保障制度来吸引人才,让职工从中切实的感受到企业对其的温暖,进而使员工队伍更加的稳定,促进企业人力资源发展的稳定,促进企业管理水平的提升,进而促进企业能够稳定持续发展。本文首先介绍了社会保险在企业人力资源管理中起到的促进作用,之后阐述了新经济形势下做好社保工作,促进人力资源管理应该采取的对策。
