低压铸造法具有投资少、设计方便、铸件精度高以及节能环保等优点。在铸造行业中特别是薄壁铸件生产中所占有的比例越来越大,逐渐成为铸造领域中的新焦点。针对低压铸造工艺过程的理想数学模型在实际运行中扰动因素给控制精度带来不利影响的问题,提出了变论域模糊控制算法,通过阶跃信号和方波信号验证了系统的鲁棒性。仿真结果表明变论域模糊控制算法能减小受控系统的跟随误差,并保证系统的稳定性。“,”Low pressure casting method has many advantages,such as less investment,easy design,high precision energy-saving,etc. It has occupied an increasing proportion in the foundry industry,particularly the production of thin-walled castings,and is becoming a new focus in the field of casting. Considering the disturbance factor adverse affect of ideal low-pressure casting process mathematical model in the actual operation on control accuracy , the author proposes variable universe fuzzy control algorithm and verifies the robustness of the system by step signal and square wave signal. The simulation results show that variable universe fuzzy control algorithm can reduce the tracking error of the controlled system,and make sure the stability of the system.
