随着电子行业所面临的竞争不断加剧,培训成了企业和企业内部员工的共同需求。然而,由于人力资本的特殊性及企业内外环境的复杂性、不确定性,造就了企业培训投资具有很高的风险性。培训后员工的流失风险是企业培训风险中的最大风险。如何降低、减弱这种风险对企业的损伤程度,向来是各企业研究培训风险的重点。本人在对电子行业企业员工培训后流失现象及原因的分析基础上,从预防风险、减轻风险和回避风险等三个层面提出了应对员工培训后流失风险的尝试性举措,希望对电子行业企业在做好有关这方面的风险防范有所帮助。
As competition in the electronics industry continues to intensify, training has become a common need of both business and internal employees. However, due to the particularity of human capital and the complexity and uncertainty of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the enterprise training investment has a very high risk. The risk of staff turnover after training is the greatest risk in the training of enterprises. How to reduce and lessen the damage to the enterprise caused by this kind of risk has always been the focus of all enterprises in the study of training risks. Based on the analysis of the loss of employees after the training in the electronics industry and the reasons, I put forward tentative measures to deal with the risk of loss after training of employees from the aspects of risk prevention, mitigation and risk avoidance. I hope that the electronics industry enterprises in the Do a good job in this aspect of risk prevention helpful.
