文章分析了国有企业人力资源管理的现状、存在的问题,提出解决的对策:改革与创新企业人力资源管理理念;建立与现代企业制度相适应的人力资源管理机制;强化人力资源管理部门在经营战略上的职能作用;建立健全科学、客观、合理、有效的员工绩效评估体系;建立和应用CIMS系统,提升人力资源管理信息化整体水平;加强企业员工素质教育,强化自我激励机制。
This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of human resource management in state-owned enterprises, puts forward countermeasures to solve them, such as reforming and innovating the concept of human resource management in enterprises, establishing a human resource management mechanism compatible with modern enterprise system, strengthening human resource management department in business strategy ; Establish and improve a scientific, objective, reasonable and effective employee performance evaluation system; establish and apply CIMS system to enhance the overall level of human resources management information; strengthen the quality education of employees and strengthen the self-encouragement mechanism.
