设计洪峰流量、设计洪水位、壅水冲刷计算是涉河工程防洪影响评价的主要内容,计算成果的准确性有助于保障河道行洪安全及工程自身安全。然而工程项目所处的河道情况不同,其分析计算方法亦存在差异。以河口黄河特大桥工程为例,在现状河口水库库区冲淤未达到平衡的情况下,对桥位处设计洪水位、壅水高度及冲刷深度进行分析计算,在相应防洪标准下,提出满足河道行洪安全要求的桥梁相应的设计参数,以期为河道防洪及管理工作提供科学依据。
The design peak flow, design flood level and flush erosion calculation are the main contents of the flood control impact assessment of the river project. The accuracy of the calculation results helps to ensure the flood safety of the river course and the safety of the project. However, the project is located in different rivers, the analysis and calculation methods are also different. Taking the Yellow River Grand Bridge Project as an example, under the condition that the scouring and silting in the current Hekou reservoir area have not reached the equilibrium, the design flood level, sluice height and erosion depth at the bridge site are analyzed and calculated. Under the corresponding flood control standards, River flood safety requirements of the corresponding bridge design parameters, with a view to flood control and river management provide a scientific basis.
