应用组织化学方法观察了21只豚鼠耳蜗血管纹内乳酸脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、腺苷酸环化酶和Na~+—K~+—ATP酶的活性,发现只有静脉注射利尿酶钠60S组豚鼠耳蜗血管纹内腺苷酸环化酶和Na~+—K~+—ATP酶的活性较正常动物轻度减弱;给药后2S,10S,30S,15h各组上述4种酶及给药后60S组乳酸脱氢酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性均与正常动物无明显差别。此结果提示:静脉注射利尿酸钠(40mg/kg)对血管纹内4种酶均无直接的毒性作用;静脉注射利尿酸钠后血管纹缺血缺氧可能是血管纹内氧化磷酸化和耳蜗功能发生障碍的主要原因。
