在培养学生的社会适应能力方面,体育活动能起到独特的作用。学生经常参与体育实践活动能从中获得情感体验,能在人际交往中提高适应能力,有利于个人的人格与社会需求,达到理想的协调。但是,如何逐步的并有针对性地在教学中培养学生社会适应能力呢?本文提出,应以情景、情感和交往为切入点;以竞争与合作为主要手段;以意志力的提高为主要追求目标。这样的步骤是适合初中生的年龄特点并在实践中取得良好效果的。
Physical activity can play a unique role in developing students’ social adaptability. Students often take part in the practice of physical activity can get emotional experience, can improve their ability to adapt in interpersonal communication, personal personality and social needs, to achieve the desired coordination. However, how to cultivate students’ ability to adapt to society step by step and pertinently? This paper proposes that we should take the situation, emotion and communication as the starting point; take the competition and cooperation as the main means; and the improvement of the willpower as the main pursuit aims. Such steps are suitable for junior high school students age characteristics and in practice achieved good results.
